CureTech, an Israeli biotechnology company specializing in the development of innovative cancer drugs, announces receipt of a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office for its patent application numbered 10/994,091 titled “Humanized Immunostimulatory Monoclonal Antibodies for the Treatment of Neoplastic Disease or Immunodeficiency”. Parallel applications are being prosecuted in Europe, Japan, Israel and a number of additional countries. The wide spectrum of claims covers the structure and uses of CT-011, CureTech’s lead product, and similar antibodies.
