CureTech announces receipt of a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office
July 22, 2007, Yavne, Israel. CureTech, an Israeli biotechnology company specializing in the development of innovative cancer drugs, announces receipt of a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office for its patent application numbered 10/994,091 titled “Humanized Immunostimulatory Monoclonal Antibodies for the Treatment of Neoplastic Disease or Immunodeficiency”. Parallel applications are being prosecuted in Europe, Japan, Israel and a number of additional countries. The wide spectrum of claims covers the structure and uses of CT-011, CureTech’s lead product, and similar antibodies.
